Tournament Fee Payment Policy
It normally takes the Treasurer two–to–three weeks following a tournament to write all the checks, get them signed, and then mailed. Checks are mailed to the home address you have in your Arbiter account. Members are responsible to make sure their Arbiter contact information is accurate and current. Checks that are returned by the post office are held by the association Treasurer according to applicable association bylaws and policy. All funds from uncashed checks are likewise held and then dealt with according to applicable association policies and bylaws.
